A typical engagement lasts about 5-7 weeks and progresses over three stages:

Stage 1: Leadership discussions

1-3 weeks

I first identify the challenges you're facing in bridging the gap between vision and execution, then we co-evolve a framework for our engagement

Stage 2: Workshops

3-4 weeks

I work with your team to conduct hands-on workshops to not only solve the current challenges but also better equip them to face future challenges

Stage 3: Coaching

1-2 weeks, and then ongoing

I coach your PM team to publish artifacts and articulate decisions to leadership and the team at large
